Kiffin to Houston is only obvious if the powers that be there value his offensive talent and potential growth over his potential to leave early and his past immaturity. I would hire him over Miles, but I'm not the one making that call. Neither are any of the rest of us here.
If the people making the hire value hiring someone who will be there long-term as much as we've heard, there is reason to think they may pass on Kiffin. It certainly isn't the no-brainer that Herman to LSU or UT was.
