I think it's good to bring in outside people, just as it will be good for Sheppard to get experience elsewhere, if he gets the job.

Lol, it's not that I dont like Baker, but I think lsu should go after candidates than just him. Baker hasn't showed me anything at his time Miami that would make him a good hire at lb coach

How do you know he didnt interview for our open spot? Or maybe he is realizing being in the college game is a 12 month commitment and in the pros you have some kind of offseason?

Kelvin was a great player in college and the NFL. Great guy with a great family. Extremely bright. His star is rising as a lot of folks in the NFL respect him. He is a guy to keep an eye on for the future.

He is either going to move up here or somewhere else. Hell of a recruiter.
