Convenient to ignore that our "unpoachable" guy got poached by a different program and that we've also seen the vast majority of the other suitable candidates either sign fat extensions or get hired somewhere else.

What does this even mean? Your opinion of who should be candidates? Or people whose agents told you they should be candidates to get said jobs/extensions. You have no idea who SW wants to hire. There is dozens of potential candidates who could be home run hires.

Ah so those are probably the same fools who encouraged SW to announce that O would not be back……and crater the season. Yeah, they could be part of the problem.

Don't be daft. We have Florida's first choice Billy Napier. 9.5 million a year Mel Tucker. I can't remember how much his extension was James Franklin. Aranda is almost assuredly signing an extension with numbers we'll never know. I doubt he was a serious candidate for a variety of reasons but Hugh Freeze also signed a huge extension. It's an open secret that Luke Fickell isn't leaving. Jimbo Fisher signed an extension and A&M is willing to sign another if needed. I'm probably even forgetting people.
Name them. I only see Brian Kelly and Campbell who are both serious stretches. Remember that the vast majority of coaches don't leave their general footprint. West coast and midwest guys probably won't come.
