...that LSU is staring down the barrel of having arguably the two best coaches in their school's history coaching for two of their biggest rivals at the same time. I'll bet that has never happened before.

Arkansas is just a smoke screen for Les to talk with Jerry.

you sure Saban would stay at Bama if your 1st highly unlikely scenario happened?

Yeah, can you see the meltdown? Les to Arkansas, Nicky back to LSU (his home at Tiger Stadium). Then why not, how about Petrino to Bama and maybe we can work Urban Meyer back into the picture, too, and just switch them all around every few years.

But seriously, when's the last time a head coach was poached within his own conference? Not an assistant, or a HC from another conference. That's kinda ballsy...

For the record, hope we keep Les

It's happened before...Auburn poached Tuberville from Ole Miss. LSU poached Dinardo from Vandy. Florida poached Doug Dickey from Tenn. Auburn nearly poached Dooley from UGA the year after he won a NC.

not enough legs to be staring down the barrel. And what is a rival?

It's possible but it speaks volumes about our program when it doesn't skip a beat. The Louisiana talent will keep coming and LSU will keep on winning at a high percentage. Unlike Bama or Arkansas, you see what happened up in the Ozarks without BP and you know Bama would drop without Saban.
