I tend to think he has some inside info and willing to bet that's who it will be.

Admin pushed Miles to get Kragthorpe after 09 season but he gave Crowton one more year.

Kragthorpe ended up at A&M but had to deal with a family matter.

If that's true, can't wait for the meltdown.

Nothing like message board posters calling for an OC's head before he even installs his offense.

Maybe some of the usual suspects will go jump off a bridge. I'm sure we won't be so lucky though.

Thats what Jordy said. Seems like he is going to be the guy. I will reserve judgement until we see the finished product.

Crowton's offense at Maryland will rank higher offensively than LSU's. LSU will have a better record, which is all that matters in the end.

Krag is a damn good coach, and I'm fine if he's the guy - pro style philosphy, and if the manic gripers pound him for the cesspool that he inherited at L'ville then they have to see the turn around from 2-10 to 3 bowls in a row at Tulsa that made him an up and coming rock star. Stand up guy.

I dont think this is as locked in as you think just because Jordy said it. Doesn't sound like Miles told Jordy thats who it would be, its just his gut feeling. He broke the Miles returning to BR story because Miles told him that directly.

It is not being mentioned much, but I still think Krags could be brought in as a QB coach with Gonzo being the OC.

Krags was willing to accept a position coach job at A&M, he may do the same at LSU....

More than likely it will, then watch the melt down from that point. He will be gone in 3 to 4 years if history repeats itself, which it has for him through his career.

I would be completely fine with Krags,he is a much better hire to me than promoting from within. I really wanted the guy from TCU, but it i like Krags as well

feel free to save this one as well

i think he and fuente are the most logical choices given that the rest of the bunch prolly would not come to LSU or not as qualified.
