Why Does Napier feel like just another former Saban assistant who can do fine at a G5 program, and flame out at a big time job. Just like McElwain, Pruitt, Muschamp, etc.

Napier may turn out to be a good coach at the P5 level. Truth is though that he’s unproven at that level. Best P5 win he’s had is who, Iowa State? If there is a chance to hire Riley or Aranda over him you do it no matter what Florida is doing.
