I think they'll go the Rams route and look for a young offensive mind who has a plan to develop their young QB.

Think Josh McDaniels seems like a natural fit, could also see Jim Bob Cooter

Taking Denver castoffs didn't work last time they tried it. Not sure they are willing to go back to that well again.

Well, its more of a Denver cast-off that then spent another long stint under Bill Belichick. So it's a little better than that.
