Red flag to me that Manning isn't coming back.

Means absolutely nothing in regards to Manning's future.

Fox is an ok coach, but he's not great by any stretch. He was 2 games over .500 prior to Elway gifting him Manning.

sheesh. High standards.

you probably forgot how much Josh McDaniels and company wrecked that team prior to Fox coming in. They were 4-12 in 2010.

Fox got them to the playoffs the next year and actually won a game, with Tim Tebow as their QB.

He also took the Carolina Panthers to their only Super Bowl.

But, yeah, he's low-grade dog food.

He's white bread. He'll win, but won't get you all the way. He plays conservative enough to make Marty Schotenhimer blush

.

I haven't forgotten McDaniels. Fox is an ok, not great, coach. I don't know that I would have fired him this season of I was in management, but they did. And as a fan, I don't mind it that much.

His record as a coach is what it is. And prior to Peyton Manning, he was 2 games above .500.

Yesterday Gary Kubiak said he wasn't interested in any HC positions.

Now that the Denver HC job is open and he and Elway go back a long way, I wonder if he would have any interest in being the Bronco's HC?

Which team in the AFC West is going to do that?

With Brock Osweiler at QB? Probably all of them.
