Not saying he’s a good hire, but he’s a “retread” because of off the field issues. His on field performance at Arkansas was very good.

Yeah, but you can break state hiring laws giving her a cushy athletic dept job over more qualified candidates. THIS is the issue that will spook any athletic dept not in the Sun Belt or C-USA or Loserville.
