#Panthers OC Joe Brady, a bright up-and-coming offensive mind, received requests from the #Falcons, #Texans, and #Chargers to interview for their vacant head coach jobs, source said. A new name into the HC mix.

Chargers would be best destination possible for him with a young stud QB on his first contract.

Maybe this will finally get people to put the Joe Brady OC dream to bed. Maybe.

I guess we’ll see how much Brady thinks of him if he tries to bring him in as his OC.

That’s wild. He had one very successful year in college and kinda a meh year calling plays in the nfl. I know he was handicapped with injuries but that just seems like an extremely small sample size to judge someone before handing over the keys to a NFL franchise.

I don’t think he actually lands a head job this year. Still a little too fresh. But maybe he wows someone in an interview and gets the job.

Sean Payton was demoted by Jim Fassel and was a young coach before the Saints took a chance on him. With young coaches at least you get guys who you know can improve any faults they might have and evolve. It's whether you're willing to be patient with them. Risky for sure because they could just be in over their head.

The allure of being able to control your own offense and call plays may mean the LSU job could be more valuable to Peetz. Atleast for a season or two

Or if the Panthers see him as their next OC

I mean less than a year ago the Giants hired Joe Judge so I don’t think the bar for becoming as HC is as high as people want it to be

If he gets one, that would have to be the fastest ascension in football history

Candidates for open coaching positions at LSU should work for free if that is how fast they move up, LOL.

Payton interviewed for the Raiders job and Bill Parcells told him he should probably wait for a better job. Parcells said working for Al Davis would be a living hell. Glad Sean listened to him.
