Jimmy Sexton getting everybody paid this holidays

A little over 20 years ago, at a time when all of these agents wanted and went after the players -- especially the first round bonus babies -- Sexton cornered the market on college coaches.

He literally created the market and then used the fact that he represented SO MANY of the better coaches to move and influence the market.

Now, he gets coaches (even subpar coaches) raises every year by simply creating rumors whenever a big-time opening comes up.

If this were the stock market, Sexton would be guilty of SEVERAL SEC violations [no pun intended on the "SEC" reference].

At a time when James Franklin should be worried about keeping his job, Sexton just got him $95 million over 10 years.

I would say that Sexton earned whatever commission he made on such a sh!tty coach getting $9.5 million/year average contract.

And, if Franklin ever does manage to sniff the Big 10 championship or the playoffs, that contract will be torn apart and Pedo State U. will be paying through the f*cking a$$hole to keep him.

Jimmy Sexton is the single worst thing to ever happen to college football. He has changed the market and drives the salary bar up every year. The money being thrown at coaches to not coach is silly and all due to Sexton winning at the negotiation table with stupid ADs. We are all paying for the contracts that he has created the market for.

more a statement on how dumb the AD's are and how instant gratification the boosters are than how great of an agent he is, imo
