re: Jimbo Fisher speaks

Hope Florida ST. makes him an offer he can't refuse. I'll take Tom Herman.

My interpretation of that statement:

I know nothing, but I take that statement as a statement made by a guy who is keeping all his options open.

1. He has a great offer from LSU. He has told FSU what it would take to keep him in Tally. He thinks FSU will pony up the money.

2. He's accepted the offer at LSU but he isn't talking about it until after the game.

3. He has accepted the counter offer FSU gave him and he's staying, but he ain't saying anything until after the game.

All three scenarios are consistent with his statement.

He's either accepted the LSU job or still working FSU for more money. It'd be so easy for him to squash all of this if LSU was out of the picture.

I think he's going to end up staying at FSU but LSU certainly has made him think.

Jimbo/Sexton might be using LSU to get Jimbo all the things Jimbo has been fighting for all these years with FSU admin.

Definitely in the leveraging money camp now.
