The thought of Brennan in getting coached by Jimbo is enough to throw the bank at Jimbo. The kid would be a superstar.

This would be my best case scenario. i just dont think jimbo leaves 
. i think he gets another raise and stays at FSU. If jimbo says no and herman goes to texas then its a crapshoot from there.

but some want to pair brennan with a hot shot OC that if he's hot shot enough, might be gone in a year or 2, thereby maybe stunting the growth of a young qb.
I get the fascination of having a CEO and a dynamic OC, however, give me the head coach that is hands on with his QB's and demands excellence from him instead of 'just ok.'
also, i'm of the opinion that LSU needs to bring in a JUCO guy next year to bridge the gap...maybe a Jarrett Stidham type.
now a Jimbo + Stidham + Aranda type of deal is something that you all should be clamoring for.

You do realize that Jimbo didn't get a raise last year don't you ? He didn't play us. I realize it's easy to think that this is all leverage tactics, but it doesn't appear to be if you look at all the facts.

Dude just stop with this Brennan deal. Jamies Winston even took a redshirt year. Kid is gonna be a really good qb. My only two worries is that he is gonna be in for a huge adjustment in the talent level he is used to playing against and he is going to have to gain weight. Perfect opportunity to develop and adjust by taking a redshirt.
