You will never see a guy leave to go to an "easier" place to win. Id say that 90 percent of the time guys leave because of issues with administration or a feeling of a lack of commitment to a program. If Im at a school that wont keep up in the facilities arms race or a willingness to pay for top assistants then yeah he is going to look. Any school in the country can be a winning program with the right commitment to football and a guy with the vision to do it.

Good for the bRuins, can't wait til we get rid of the NCAA hangover and start curbstomping them again. Sucks for UW though.
