Would be amazing if they fire one failed Dolphins HC and hire another.

Norv or bust.

Though will probably be an assistant coming with the new GM from SF, ATL, or NYG.

Some think Pettine was the "unnamed source" this season.

Norv would be great, hope that doesn't happen. What is the jets cap situation like going into the offseason?

I'm amazed they haven't fired Ryan. What are they thinking?

Not great, I think they have just 10 starters under contract too, but some of those contracts are much need to come off. Player like Calvin Pace and Bart Scott, who were signed to big deals years ago. Players who recently got new/big contracts are probably gonna ask to restructure, Nick Mangold being the most rumored.

Then you have the possible tradings of Tebow, Holmes, Revis and/or Cromartie. The new GM might have room for 1 decently big FA and a few smaller ones. Jets have to knock the draft out of the park though, no more 4 pick drafts either. If they trade, it better be back for a king's ransom or for a player that most certainly shouldn't be available at 7 or 8(they pick 9th).

The front office is at fault just as much as Rex.

If Rex was in a better organization, he'd be killing it IMO.

It was pretty well known that Sparano was going to be fired...and Cameron was rumored to be considered for the job.

Have you heard anything recently that indicates that it's imminent or a favorite?
