I bet it’s Robiske. Hopefully Joseph moves on and we hire someone younger. I don’t mind the Robiske hire (if him) one bit though.

The new hire needs to be just as good a recruiter as he is a coach. That is one thing that is missing for sure.

Why? You think we're having problems recruiting the skill positions? Last year we got two top 4 receivers and this year we got two top 6 running backs.

Because missing an extra recruiter on the road is a bad thing. Yeah, we've done well there, but you wouldn't like us to be even better?

Exactly. Mickey Joseph has been excellent at recruiting lately. I have no problem hiring some who is a more technical coach and keeping Mickey to recruit.

Recruiting would be my secondary concern with this hire. Also, if he's on staff, I'm sure he'll hit the road to recruit to some degree. I'm just not sure how effective he'll be.
