Guy is a great o line coach and runs under center and spread. I think he would drastically improve our o line and run game. If we could pull him from BYU and Put Russ Calloway at PGC that would be a dream team

None of the kids these days want to play under center.

Don’t people remember we already had him? I was not impressed the first go round. His recruiting was why he was let go! Not to mention he has a first round QB that would make anybody look good

Wilson was a 3 star who took 3 years to develop. Grimes and his staff is why he's a first round quarterback.

OU, Ohio State, Alabama all operate under center in certain spots. It's not like 5-6 years ago when going under center was the devil.

The BYU coach and QB coach is why he is first round draft pick. Jeff Grimes admits it

I personally like a little under center adds another dimension to the offense. And RB’s can hit the whole harder. Mix it with the spread it’s pretty potent

Was he let go? I thought he left to become the OC at BYU

As I remember it Ogeron was going to replace him at the end of the season with Cregg and told him to look elsewhere and he did. Got the BYU job

I don't care for it unless it's a short yardage situation bc otherwise it tips your hand on the play based on formation unless you're willing to throw out of the formation with some regularity. I'd rather just stick with the spread for everything outside of very specific situations.

Id take moorhead.

I don't think it will happen but he is a great coach.

I do think callaway will definitely be qb coach cause he was basically the qb coach already

This is getting some hate, but it seems unwarranted. His offense at BYU has done phenomenal since he’s been there and improved every year.

Why couldn't you have posted this in one of the 3 or 4 other Grimes threads?
