It gets hate cause people don't look at the stats, just give an emotional response without any research what's so ever.

Not to mention he has a first round QB that would make anybody look good

Wilson was a 3 star who took 3 years to develop. Grimes and his staff is why he's a first round quarterback.

Guy is a great o line coach and runs under center and spread. I think he would drastically improve our o line and run game. If we could pull him from BYU and Put Russ Calloway at PGC that would be a dream team

That's not a bad idea. BYU is #6 in the nation offense. 522.2 yds/game just behind Ohio St. I'm surprised you got so many down votes.

His offense at BYU has done phenomenal since he’s been there

That’s quite a feat considering the weak arse schedule they play year in and year out

Navy, Troy, LA Tech, UTSA, Texas State, Houston, Western Kentucky, North Alabama, San Diego State, etc.

How did the ever manage such lofty offensive rankings with such stout competition?

Well they went from an offense ranked in the 100’s to 28th last year to 7th. So, regardless, that’s an undeniable improvement. I don’t care about their sos competition stayed the same, numbers improved.

I thought he resigned to get back to his Mormon roots. If so, forget about him. He is where he wants to be I believe.

There's nothing wrong with Grimes. He's and ok oline coach. He's had a good year. That being said, He's not good enough at this point to be here.
