And if anyone had any doubts about Jon Gruden coming back....

My college and pro team both fired their coaches immediately after their final game this year, what a treat.

I bet Gruden is doing everything he can to get away from Sean McDonough. That guy has been boring as shite on Monday Night Football.

Schefty calling the shot on SVP right now. Grumors might finally end with a bang.

Yeah, it's Gruden. I'm fine with it, I just don't want to give him a bunch of front office control.

Apparently back when we hired Del Rio, we had a deal for Gruden then but he refused to work with GM Reggie McKenzie. So it makes me wonder what changed or are we giving Gruden that much control and will be looking for a new GM too. That part scares me a bit.

I'm going to laugh when Del Rio ends up in Denver in some capacity. I can see it happening.

Would be surprised if he came back without at least input into picking his GM.

What has Jack Del Rio shown that makes you think he would be an effective college head coach? He's not even that good of an NFL head coach.

The Tim Floyd to LSU rumors have officially died. Del Rio has to carry on the tradition.

His relationship with John Elway makes it highly unlikely.

As a Bucc fan I will say he can win you games with offensive prowess but a lot of the other parts of maintaining a franchise were a train wreck

He stepped in with Tampa with a all-world stellar D and got the O up to par enough to win a SB then had a couple of huge disappointment teams when the FO (which he had a huge hand in) let some of those key cogs on D walk because of cap space after signing "toys" for his O

He won TB a Super Bowl...no doubt, but the next couple seasons were a train wreck
