Just to entertain the thought that Rhule is the guy, why would we want him?
He had 2 good seasons at Temple and 1 at Baylor.

Baylor was a dead program from the Briles football rape cult. Rhule turned them from a winless team to an 11 win team. Rhule also improved Temple every year drastically.

No man, taking a 4 win team and a team coming off a huge scandal to 10 win programs by year 3 means jack shite if the overall record still looks bad.
