Like always. We are gonna say LSU could have done better. Nobody is gonna be excited. Then this coach will pull in a recruit or two and we will all start getting intrigued. Stories will be released to the media to get the masses excited.

By the spring game, we will be looking for any positive we can. QB will look better and they will run some fancy offensive plays that will have everyone talking and happy.

Summer will bring reports of extraordinary feats and workouts.

First game, LSU wins convincingly and we will all be worked into a frenzy. We will proclaim him the best coach in the country.

By Alabama game, we have all officially lost our minds. We are rabid and confident.

Then it happens.

Saban butt fricks our beloved coach on national TV.

Wait until next year.

I can see LSU reaching on someone at the bottom of the list or maybe even off the list. It wouldn't be the first time.

It is his passion that I know will translate into success on and off the court for our student-athletes."

The way we handled the firing of Les with swiftness yesterday has me believing that this isn't the old LSU that got our heart rates pumping and blood boiling so much. I'm going with the optimistic approach on this one.

Still a better show than keeping up with the Kardashians.

No matter who it is

The pumpers will spin it as a great hire.

The negatigers and rival fans will spin it as a bad hire.

Just decide now who you're gonna listen to

How about we just let the product on the field decide.

and my hope is that fedora will keep aranda and not bring Chizik with him. I haven't been impressed with what he's done at NC, but he certainly has recruiting connections in the deep south.

What part of firing a 2-2 coach who essentially still controls his own destiny for an SEC title makes you think these admins and boosters are in the mood to make a "meh" hire?
shite just got real. Their #1 goal is to squash the apathy. This hire, like any hire, may not work out. But it'll be far from "meh."

Lol that was funny because it could very well happen. Saban could buttfrick any coach though.

The thing is no one really knows. A "great" hire could flop. A "third choice" could be the next Saban.

From what I heard before the Miles firing he may be on your list. Again I heard this over a week ago.
