Is Will Healy underrated?

He went 7-5 in his first season at a program that has only been in the FBS 4 years. Considering Charlotte has zero talent or resources, that’s a really good job.

I don’t think he is underrated.

I just think he is seen as too young at the moment.

Running a program that’s been around for what like 4 years is a little different than taking over a historic P5 school.

Not sure how true it is, but there is a rumor floating around that he had been offered the Mizzou job and was going to take it but our AD wouldn’t let him bring his staff with him so talks fell apart.

This is the guy I would hire at Mizzou

I think it's more of a case of "unproven" instead of "underrated." The SEC is such a different animal.
