Have to feel he resigns. Been a tough a year. And they look like they are about to get waxed.

I've been thinking this for a while.

Just doesn't look like he has the passion anymore. I'm sure he would rather just play golf and drink beer every day.

He turns 70 in April - this may be it. He's clearly peaked in Columbia and may want to do something else. He would be a hot commodity as a Saturday commentator, because he is a quote machine - and that would require about 1/4 of the work as being a HFBC at a major program.

On the other hand he's just 3 or 4 years from getting 250 wins - I'm not sure if he has personal goals he still wants to complete as a head coach.

He will retire when he wants to, and South Carolina will cry when he does.

He is the only thing keeping them from sinking back into obscurity.

He deserved this season with all the shite he talked this offseason. He always talks shite but this was excessive.

Carolina's 2015 recruiting class is currently #6 on Scout.

This site uses 247, and SC is #8 there only because they have 27 commits already while everyone else has high teens or low twenties.

It will even out when everyone else hits their numbers and SC will finish in the mid to high teens like normal.

It may not be this next offseason? Just can't see the competitor he's been over his career, wanting to go out like this. But, he isn't long for the grind. Think after next year or two tops, he's done.
