I saw on ABC sports show they brought up the subject. I didnt get to hear what they said, but just seeing it on TV is enough to make me question what he's gonna do. I didnt't search or really see anything mentioned about it. Did anyone else see this? What did they say about it?

I really can't see him wanting to go back and having to deal with all those egos.

The only ego he can deal with is his. I do think he could win in Dallas though.

i don't see saban and his ego with jerry and his. jerry will more likely than not hire another yes man in garret.

with that said, i would not be surprised if saban jumped at an opportunity to get back into the n.f.l. he is a guy who doesn't want to admit he failed and wants to prove he can succeed on that level.

I think Saban's NFL coaching buddies call him a pussy at parties for leaving so early.

I think he could eventually go back to the NFL, but not to Dallas. I'm a Cowboys fan, and even I wouldn't want to work for that Jackass Jerry Jones.

Don't lose sleep, I'm sure you won't be faced with that delima.

But in reality, if he called you right now, you would have a uhaul at your house by sunset.

If he were a sincere person, you would be right.

See and I have the opposite viewpoint, the only time the Cowboys have done well is when they have a head strong football coach (Johnson and Parcells). Jerry may be an a-hole but I don't think he's an idiot and I believes he sees that... That's why he wants Saban. And if can sell that to Saban I think he goes.

well, if your right, saban would go. however, i don't give jerry that much credit. he did get rid of johnson and parcells because they were bigger than him.

i used to be a cowboy fan, swore i would never follow them as long as jerry owns them. when he is running the show, he fails. problem is, he doesn't see himself failing.

Everyone in this thread looks desperate. And for what? Didn't LSU beat Alabama this season? Look at what is predicted on this board. Saban to Dallas...Saban to Penn State...oh wait, Saban to Ohio State...nevermind, Saban to Dallas.

Just a guess, but Jerry wants the best that he can get. Saban wants a challenge. 10 mil would put them together, and in the finest facilities.

Really??? I think it is hard to imagine that. Jerry being involved with "buyin the groceries" because "he's eatin the groceries" would drive Nickie absolutely crazy. As Saban is unproven in the NFL, Jerry would have Nick on a much shorter leash than Parcells had, and even Parcells could not get it done there.
