A product of coaching? Are you saying he’s a “system coach”? the coach is the system

Boise fans dont like him, I think a P5 school hiring him away would be similar to when TCU basketball hired away Trent Johnson from LSU. LSU fans were happy

I don’t see why he would leave a relatively easy job for a SEC West job

Even if you think coaching boise state vs their competition is easy you do have to give him some of the credit for those really creative and unpredictable boise state offenses Chris peterson had. He was the OC for Peterson then. I do think he is a step down from his former boss though

Boise State coaches have been a mixed bag after they've left Smurf Turf. Nutt was successful, Hawkins was a disaster, Petersen has had flashes at UDub, so dunno about Harsin. It would give me pause, for sure.

He’s done really well at Boise State. 70 wins in 6 seasons isn’t too shabby

That’s not his first job.

In his 6 years at Boise, and 1 year at ASU, he's only failed to win the conference title once.

Johnson? I don't recall Harsin's losing seasons at Boise.
Nothing easy about the Boise job (or many jobs for that matter) - few football players anywhere near the place. If they don't stay on top of things, they can lose it.

His winning record at Boise State is really deceiving. The 2020-2021 season is going to be the Bryan Harsin market adjustment. He has benefited from potential NFL talent on his roster. This upcoming season BSU will not have any potential NFL athletes on the roster to the fill in the holes around the Mountain West talent. BSU is about to become a traditional Mountain West team.

Did he not bring in that talent ? It’s six years.. it’s his players. I’m just wondering , you obviously watch more than me but if he recruited them ..?

Missouri lucked out on not hiring him! I am very happy to see Drinkwitz at Mizzou! Bryan Harsin got out coach at the bowl game and I am glad Sterk did not hired him! I also think he wanted 5 million per year. Not worth it.
