April would be unpredictable. Has had some good special teams and some terrible ones.

TigerTub says an elite ST coach is lined up and somebody asked about april and he smiled.

Tub is very close to O.

Bobby April appears to be someone that has grown accustomed to getting fired.

ETA: Obviously, I have no idea what the circumstances were that caused him to move around as much as he has, but it isn't particularly reassuring.

I have been a Rams fan since 1967--mostly long suffering, since 2005. April was ridden out of STL on a rail in 2003, for the same ST problems Peveto had.

Do we really want someone who cannot get along with coaches? He got fired up here at Tennessee Titans after four weeks. The special teams were horrible...just horrible. Been great since they promoted another coach.

We do not need this guy.

Didn't the Rams have 3 ST coaches in a span of a 5 years during the Martz regime? Sounds like there could have been some iffy personnel there

Regardless, april coached 12 years in college at Tulane, tUSC, Arizona, Ohio state, and USM as well as 25 years in the NFL you're bound to get "run out of town" a few time in a span of nearly 4 decades
