This is a prime example (no pun intended) of why black run cities and institutions never “improve”

Here you have Sanders who by all accounts is a successful decent man. He puts forth the effort to build something great at a HBCU and try to give the community something to be proud of. And what do they do? They steal all of the money instead of investing it into the school and sports programs. Renege on their contractual obligations. They mistreat a good man working his arse off and siphon off all the good for their own personal benefit to the point he gets fed up and leaves for a college that will support him. And now he takes flak from the black community for going to a “white college”

I read an interesting article once written on the culture of west Africans and why businesses never succeed there. It is cultural norm there if any family member or close friend is successful in life, he is obligated to care for everyone close to them. He should not refuse them. If he does he is shunned from society and shamed, and it is culturally acceptable to steal from him what he won’t give. So his family and friends siphon off all wealth and he goes out of business. The only business in west African nations are owned by foreigners due to this.

When you understand that most American blacks are descendants from west Africa due to the slave trade, and understand this aspect of west African culture, it makes a lot of sense why things end up the way they do when a city or institution becomes dominated by black management. It’s literally a cultural thing for them and it’s entirely destructive

Sticking my neck out here, but the above is very true. In South Africa they even have a name for it - the 'Black Tax'. An ANC comrade can get a million dollar government tender and be broke again within six months.

This level of corruption doesn’t move the needle for me. I’m from Louisiana though…
