I would think hiring O would be a unique situation, anyone approving the hire would be playing off emotion with the hope to just get lucky. I think this would be recognized and O would be in a short leash, any signs of recruiting letting up or program issues would have to be met with his dismissal with a quickness
I have come around to thinking Jimbo is the guy, hands down imo. I like Fleck too, prob as much as Herman. Gundy would do well here, then Mullen or Fedora
Imo all better choices than O. I just can't reconcile his Ole Miss debacle and completely being out of coaching 18 months ago. You can't go from the couch to LSU HC in 18 months.

I'm not trying anything, there are plenty of valid criticisms against O.
