There would be a little quiet panic at A&M, Ole Miss, Auburn, and even among Bama faithful.

Judging from the SECR (so take this with a grain of salt), the one coach opposing fans have said they don't want at LSU is Aranda.
Riley is made fun of for being soft and being the SEC's current bitch, and Napier is mentioned only some, but usually favorably.

I'm with you. Loathe the guy. Not gonna say I wouldn't enjoy the spoils of hiring him but he's a horrible human being that just isn't worth it imo. We won with Les and O. We don't need Meyer.

Urban would be the absolute best hire they could make. He would be the best recruiter in college football at LSU - hands down!
Hire Meyer for a short-term deal and hire Napier as well; once Meyer retires, Napier leads and gets tremendous recruiting credibility
