I think you are mistaking individual thought for group dynamics. In a group everyone has different views. The games each week provide confirmation for some views, and when that happens those people get vocal. Of course there are a few people on the fence who's views can cross a boundary based on one game (or a few), but there's nothing wrong with that either.

I suspect your agitation is more that your preferred coach's performance this week has invigorated those opposed to him.
