Well then little lying Landry is an idiot. All contracts are between the school(state) and the coach so buyouts have to be paid by the state. He didn’t even understand that !
But nonetheless, he should have known that the Kelly buyout was not going to burden taxpayers. Maybe he did. In which case, he’s a liar and just wanted to malign Woody.
