My sauces say there is one, but I don't wanna be banned so I'm gonna stay quiet. But I will say it's a done deal. But that's all I'm gonna say.

How many of those spread teams beat bama? How many won a NC?

Every loss bama has had in the past 5 years is to a spread team one of which was a team with Herman has coordinator with his 3rd string qb in his 3rd start to win a national championship

Or perhaps Herman is viewed as less qualified and more unknown than fisher.

Possible, but then shouldn't we have at least orchestrated things so Herman would be a viable option if Jimbo declined? He's definitely better than Fedora and O.

It's amazing how Les has conditioned LSU fans into believing that his outmoded offensive scheme is synonymous with "pro style".

The only hope in hiring Jimbo is Saban would retire in 3-5 years but then what if Bama would then hire Dabo? Fisher wouldn't beat Dabo either. He gonna lose like Miles 2.0.

I wouldn't be surprised if LSU offered, but didn't waste much time and moved on to Jimbo. I think too many schools are bidding for Herman and LSU moved on to to make sure they got a deal done.

I wasn't aware that LSU was a spread team.

I find this question compelling too but I worry about our recruits being more NFL style recruits, would going too deep into the spread be a waste of their talent? Alabama is even integrating zone read into their play, but their defense has been good enough to make up for Jalen's mistakes and they have one of the best OCs.

We let bama off the hook in 2012 and 2014. No doubt Mett was a good QB but he would have probably performed better under Jimbo, and 2014 never would not have happened.

Even this year, if Etling was a more accurate thrower, we may have beaten bama, or maybe lost by 3.

We're not that far away. Pro style offenses aren't extinct, and I think Jimbo is smart enough to adapt if he feels he needs to.

Bruh

Do you know how efficient and prolific the FSU offenses have been the past six seasons?

Jimbo highlights his playmakers, something this program has failed to do over the past 7 years.

Dalvin Cook would lead LSU in both receptions and receiving yards. Think about that.

Guice is going to win the heisman next year.

Our inability to beat Alabama is all in the trenches and our poor arse play calling. If our line wasn't a sieve he past few years and we catch the ball we beat Saban twice. Jimbo will be more than ok at LSU. I am all in for Herman as our #1 btw.

So you arbitrarily intended to cut off LSU's last win against Alabama? For what purpose? They aren't meaningfully different on 11/23/11 then they were 17 days earlier.

I love them!!! And the great thing is - all of this narrative and propaganda before we even know for sure who the next coach will be. They are hating and p...g on an unknown ghost. It really is remarkable when someone is so brilliant at being so miserable. Those folks should be part of medical experiments on manic depression disorders. And since they are faceless posters on the internet we get to laugh at their expense. Gawd I love this place

Jimbo's favorite formations are from the spread. Particularly doubles and trips.

We have gotten our shite pushed in in every game the past half decade and on the win you speak of over half a decade ago we didn't even score a touchdown.

We had an nfl qb rb and two elite nfl receivers and got our shite pushed in running a pro style offense.
