Napier isn't locked up at all. He's waiting for the LSU decision. If a Florida Napier announcement comes out before the weekend, its cuz LSU told him, he doesn't have a realistic shot at LSU and he better jump at the Florida gig. They have a really good relationship with Napier and he's haandled being the fall back guy well.
Also, [plot twist] I have 2 pretty good contacts at UL and they're saying don't be too sure Florida would be his second choice. Believe it or not he might prefer VT.
