I could see O at ULL. He said he doesnt want to coach next year but you never know.
he could keep his house and get a stabbin cabin close to ULL

I actually think O could have set himself up nicely in Lafayette if he wasn’t a delusional egomaniac and schemed his way into a job above his weight class.
Had he stuck on staff for an outside hire in 2016 I think he’d have been the first call for UL after 2017 and he could have had a long run of success there.
See, contrary to uninformed opinion, it actually isn’t all that hard to win in Lafayette since Bustle rejuvenated the program and started bringing money in (of which there is plenty in Lafayette). It’s a great town that loves the Cajuns and supports them rabidly and happens to be smack dab in the middle of a recruiting hotbed. Sure, they aren’t taking the elite guys from LSU or other SEC and P5 schools, but there is plenty of high end Sun Belt talent to be pulled from their back yard where they can outclass other Sun Belt teams.
You don’t have to be a football savant to do it, which is something LA people should understand, although it’s not surprising idiots in Gainesville think UL was an impossible reclamation project that Napier built from scratch.
But, O chased the dragon and exposed himself and Napier seems to have the same affliction.
Best of luck to whoever goes along for the ride with him.

UL defensive coordinator from last year is at Baylor with Aranda. UL AD looking to offer him the head coaching job if Napier leaves..

You continue to post some of the dumbest stuff here.
Cajuns’ AD would never hire Ed Orgeron, not even as an assistant line coach working for free.
