They don’t have the money to go make a splash hire so golden is making 1.5 at Bama and would make some sense.
USL LOST 6MM last year and in their best of years barely make 33 a year.
They won’t spend too much for anyone.

I ask because we tried to hire Jimmy Lake as DC once or twice some years ago. And, now Lake will be a very, very hot DC candidate who needs some rehab.

Generally it’s thought his OC would get the first crack at the job. Mike Desormeaux is his name. Smart dude. Biggest down side is that he’s from New Iberia

I read where Napier has been contacted by 14 entities for a job. He turned down multiple G5 jobs and at least 2 SEC head jobs. He’s gone very soon. I hope LSU gets him.

I’d hope our AD would immediately jump on the phone and start begging Rob Sale to come back.
Probably wouldn’t happen. I wouldn’t be totally opposed to Tim Rebowe returning to help bridge a gap if necessary, but at the end of the day would want another young, hungry guy looking to move up to that big P5 job.
