Golding is hated on this board but he's really not a bad DC. Saban respected him which says really all I need to know about Golding.

I would love to see Baker paired with an offense that can run the ball and give the Defense a breather.

Not sure why I was downvoted, but yes Golding is more than likely their interim and possibly their new head cosch moving forward.

Golding is not leaving Ole Miss either way. Also, he could be the next HC there depending on how the saga unfolds.

Maybe I'm just not as studied on Golding but he's never scared me as DC having to play against him. If kiffin is the guy I don't want Golding. That same lagway thought he was seeing 22 guys on d against us

He really has not been awful. That's incredibly hyperbolic. He struggled against a couple of running QBs this year, but has otherwise done a good job.

And even in those games, our D did enough to keep us in the game and give us opportunities to win.

Atm being the exception but I blame BK for that. I think the team had basically given up on him at that point.

I would love Annette as our DC. I’m not a big 3-3-5 guy, but if you run it as an attacking 3-3-5 I’m on board

so much truth to this... read where this defense wil be the new 3/4 because its multiple...

less LBs and more bigger attaching DL... and big 6'3 225 lb DBs that hit... thats basically what you are recruiting... gap intergrity

I still love the 3-4 and what it stands for. You set the protections, and if you run it well, then the offense does not know where that 4th rusher is coming from on base downs.

Play the cards right and lane could hire Dave back soon.
