Dude doesn't have to be burned at the cross over a weak link to the Sandusky situation when he was in his early 20s.

Could be worse, could be the guy that tried to stand up to a pedophile and is now black balled. At least Schiano has a job. Bradley saying he doesn’t know anything is a giant crock. All those f-kers should rot.

He was my second choice last year after Kiffin. I am confident that I will be right on both accounts as great head coaches when it’s all said and done.

Someone will recognize both of these guys at some point as great hires

There is absolutely no way anyone can say Schiano can't coach. Before he came to Rutgers, they were an absolute laughing stock of a program that had not been to a bowl game in almost 20 years. In the time he was there, they finished with 11 wins one season, went to multiple bowl games, were ranked in the top 10 at one point, and were able to stay consistently competitive.

Disagreed.

Schiano doesn't look bad. Tennessee and their fans do.

Disagree! Tennessee fans should be applauded for speaking up. Those frowning upon the Tennessee fans need to look in the mirror and ask themselves how they would’ve felt if it were their team in that situation. Of course that’s if those people would have any morals!

The guy was a disaster at Tampa Bay, the players hated him, the media hated him. Plus the team sucked. That's not even mentioning the shite at Penn State. I wouldn't hire anyone that worked under Paterno during the time that Sandusky was there. They all knew. I wouldn't hire him to clean my pool.

I don't care either way about the guy, but you totally forget to mention everything he accomplished at Rutgers, which is not an easy place to win. Everybody that bashes him seems to conveniently leave that out.

I think he is a decent coach that did well for Rutgers. Obviously TN fans are not looking for decent at the moment.

Which is dumb. He's been extensively vetted numerous times (by college and pro organizations). Some dickhole tweets something out and some students rant on a rock and the dudes coaching life is over. Screw that... State would come out looking like a million bucks. Redemption in just 24 hours for a innocent man AND get to hire a great coach.

Vetted so well that they knew about the statement in the 2016 released docs? You're genetic trash for railroading on any school for steering clear of PSU staffers from that time frame.

His defense also allowed Iowa to hang a 50 burger on them

This year.

You might want to read about his treatment of his own athletes both at Tampa and at Rutgers. Tyrant and dictatorial are among the words used.

Seems like Alabama had all but hired him before Saban asked for the job.

Schiano record at Rutgers Overall 68–67 conference 28–48

I don't really give a shite about his record at Rutgers. I'm a Bucs fan, I already know everything I need to know about Schiano. The local radio guys were roasting him this morning for the way he acted here. And he's been gone since 2013.

Do you have any concept of just how pitiful Rutgers was before Schiano? Schiano made that program decent. Decent enough to get a Big 10 invitation.

I just don’t understand the thinking with some of you.

So a grad assistant knew little boys were being molested by Schiano didn't. I seriously doubt any coaches on the team didn't know. Are you so dense you think any schools or AD's vet if Schiano knew what was going on? How do you suppose they went about that?

The soulless ginger actually witnessed an incident, which occurred well after Schiano left Penn State.

Penn State investigated Sandusky in 1998, also after Schiano left. The case for him knowing anything is very, very thin.

Southern Miss was known as "Giant Killers" under Curley Hallman. He went 23-11 in 3 seasons and made Southern Miss relevant again while coaching a future NFL Hall of Famer Brett Favre.

If Schiano is such a good HC, why is he only a DC now?

Why hasn't he been offered any other college HC gigs?

Miss St, Arkansas, Oregon St and Arizona St alll have openings.

Why isn't he on their short lists?
