It's $12 million or what remains on his contract whichever is lowest. So it's $12 million the next few years except going into the last year of his contract.

I’m hoping it’s Kiffin to UF. That would be a downgrade to Mullen. Unfortunately no respectable AD will hire Kiffin and he will be done in three years.
