He reminds of the stoop kid in that episode of Hey Arnold. The stoop kid is pretty threatening until you realize he's afraid to leave his stoop.

I still don't understand this. It just limits your potential. Makes no sense to wait for something you never know when it will come vs a prime opportunity right in your face. Has he ever been quoted as saying he won't leave close to home? Just curious.

I agree, but how many people thought he would have Cincinnati in the playoffs?

Just saying if he could pull it off he would move from being one of the hottest coaches in the country to being the guy everyone is lining up to sign.
