Will there be a Sextion sighting in South Bend? This could be Nick's dream job.

You can bet the house that the phone lines from T-Town to South Bend will be (if not already) be buzzing!
We'll know for sure if he comes out and says, "I AM NOT a candidate for the Notre Dame job!"

I really don't think Saban plans on living his life by moving from old powerhouse to old powerhouse resurrecting old tradition and dealing with the "wonderful" alums of such programs.

Without a doubt the highest profile job in the country and the deepest pockets. They will get who ever they want. That being said, I think Charlie gets one more year.

you mean like how they got Urban Meyer back when they wanted him and ended up with Weiss instead?

ND is quickly turning into career suicide. No way Saban would be interested in that job at this time.

ND may be pretty decent next year in spite of Charlie.. But, I think he's pissed off enough people at ND, that they don't want that to happen for Charlie...I say he's gone.

Saban is not going there. Meyer would be nuts to leave Florida. I doubt anyone in the upper tier would go to ND given their academic restrictions. Of course, money talks.

Who, Saban or Fat Charlie? Lots of talk on the ND message boards saying he might be gone!
