This is such face palm every time. I like Fleck and I'll never rule someone out for arbitrary measures like "hasn't been a HC" or "hasn't coached at a power 5 team" or whatever.
But Coach O is a more-qualified candidate, rn. And I'm not a huge O fan.

If you're ruling out arbitrary measures then Fleck is a better hire than Orgeron because of his record.
