You have to give Sloan a shot if only to keep Underwood onboard. Besides, it’s not like BK isn’t an offensive guy.

You don’t make your OC decision based off one recruit, that’s crazy. I’m not saying Sloan won’t get the job but that reasoning is really wild.

He's never directly coached Offense as a coordinator. He's been a DC, LB, and CB coach tho.
