I think O would do a fine job until his coordinators leave

I think LSU would turn into a revolving door of coordinators under Orgeron. Any success the coordinators have would be attributed directly to them bc O is not much of an Xs and Os guy. They would then be a hot commodity for a head coaching job and move on. Maybe this happens no matter who is HC. But I think it's more prevalent under a coach like O.

Wouldnt any coach in America do well with two top coordinators?

19-21 combined record of the teams that CEO has beaten since he has taken over. Just saying.

Les Miles would find a way to screw up the offense

This is why the new HC should be well versed in one side of the ball or the other. Particularly the offensive side being that LSU really hasn't had much trouble on defense. That's why names like Fisher and Herman are, and should be, at the top of the list.
If CEO is retained, Aranda probably bolts, so you're stuck trying to find a replacement for him and a damn good OC. You'll have to have both in order for LSU to be successful. Being just a delegater could put LSU in a world of hurt, having to learn a new offense and new defense every few years. It's also not an attractive thing for recruits. Knowing when you sign that there's a pretty good chance you'll have to learn 2 or three different playbooks in your time at school so the only thing the O apparently has going for him becomes null and void.

I just hope that Jimbo is in. I don't even want to think about what'll happen if he doesn't

I can't wait to see the O supporters melt when he isn't named the permanent HC.
