Yeah man, his defense is gonna all of a sudden be good because that’s the culture at LSU. And his concern will be keeping that culture and not focusing on what naturally comes to him. He’ll want to make sure he keeps LSU fans happy by continuing the culture he doesn’t give a shite about

OU's defenses have actually been close to on par with LSU 2019's.
Example:
OU 2021 scoring defense = 24/gm
OU 2020 scoring defense = 21/gm
OU 2019 scoring defense = 27/gm
LSU 2019 scoring defense = 22/gm
It would seem OU's defenses under Riley aren't that crappy after all.

Oklahoma is the strongest team in a WEAK conference..Riley has riden that wave to the playoffs then gotten spanked by the big boys.. Not super excited about this...his defenses are sub par..You can't win the SEC without defense.

If only there was an answer for that problem that involved having the money to hire the best Defensive Coordinator possible at the same time Riley concentrates on offense.
