look at all this Lane rat poison. Lane was the best thing to ever happen to poor ol Ole Miss and now he's left them out in the rain.

This is why I think Ole Miss has given Lane not necessarily an “ultimatum” but certainly at the very least, a soft deadline. The time crunch is very real for them, too. They need to know if they need to hop on the coaching carousel once LSU or Florida hop off.

Given how quiet he's been and his refusal to commit to staying. I'm very confident that it's a done deal that he's gone.
