Mario isn’t leaving Oregon. If he did go it would be to Florida. Fickel is waiting for Ohio state. Which could open soon. Day has been mentioned as a candidate for Chicago Day eventually jumps to the nfl. The rest are plausible. I could see Napier anywhere from LSU to Florida to Tennessee to Virginia tech.

I do not pretend to know much about the vicissitudes of doing a collegiate football coaching search in this day and age. However, I do know a little bit about LSU, the athletic department, past legal problems and the like. It seems to me that everything (and I mean everything including who would be the new football coach) was taken into account and an absolutely done deal before the announcement of Orgeron’s parting. The new coach was given the offer and “signed” onto it before the LSU/Florida game. Now, who would do that?
