About 2 weeks when he goes to Ole Miss. No way Ole Miss hires Leach. Hud has the recruiting ties to MS and discipline their program needs.

No doubt Coach Hud would leave for an SEC head coach position. I'm just hoping a school in a conference like the SEC would want to see one or two more good years at his first D-I head coach job before handing him the reigns to their program.
It's a given he's going to leave and move up. I would just hope he'd do what he set out to do, "build a program", before moving on. Another year or two, and UL will have a fine structured program to hand off to another up and coming coach, or one of HUD's assistants.

Definitely agree, hopefully he stays at least another year so he can build a few strong recruiting classes.

I don't think Hud is the big name Ole Miss is really hoping to reel in to satisfy the fans, that program is really reeling right now.

Until he gets an offer of 1.8/year. For what it's worth, he's doing a lot better at Laffy than Dooley did at Tech. He just doesn't have as useful a surname.

They should tell the fanbase to frick off and hire Hugh Freeze. Jonesboro is such an awful town and he's the worst paid coach in America.
