Their roster is probably worse than 2020 when they went 4-12 with Watson

Even with picks and money to spend this off-season it’s hard to see them getting to the point where they can contend in the very small chance he plays for them again

No link yet. Just heard it on Houston Sportstalk790 and thought I’d break the story. I hope they can grab Josh McDaniel or Brian Flores.

They need to wipe the slate clean and stay the hell away from Patriots cast-offs.

The Belichick method ONLY works for Belichick.

They certainly have serious work to do but it's the NFL. Turnarounds happen fast. The AFC South is not good. The Texans split with the division champion/AFC top seed. The right HC and Watson's return plus one good offseason could have them in the playoffs.

Culley was a bad coach but the players played hard for him. Firing him after one season says more about the leadership of that organization than it does Culley.

Since Cal took over, it has been a total shite show

I don't even understand why you hire him to fire him a year later.

That team played hard and was going in the right direction.

I hope they mess it up.

Chicken jumped the gun with that thread before black Monday and the NFL firings, some of which might impact college jobs.

Yup....but then he posted 9 days later in that thread doubling down and here we are with more firings and jobs yet to be filled.

Don't do it chicken!

Nah. Here's what's "a little funny". When you hear about someone you know, or family, or acquaintance, or somebody from work that has a child who's been stricken with the disease - or hell, maybe the next time you see one of those awful commercials with those courageous kids - you are going to think about what you just wrote. Now, to me that's "a little funny".

Chicken wants this board to be like the McRib. It’s special because it’s limited time. If it was all the time, it would just be another shitty sandwich

Culley was an awful coach, and it wasn't just with the Texans. I mean the man led the only WR corps in recent football history to not catch a TD pass in an entire season.

He then led the worst passing offense in the league as a passing game coordinator.

He is a guy that has failed his way to the top, and people feel bad for the guy? Have you heard him speak?

Texans are pathetic for ever hiring him.

Idk if comedy is your thing. Your statement isn’t really funny. It’s kind of the opposite of funny.

That original guy that posted about the cancer kid tho, that guys got potential.
