He will not be our next coach. Good coach but not the right coach for LSU. Neither is Jimbo. I have an odd feeling it could be someone not talked about much. Just a gut feeling.

I don't think I said anything like that. You should reply to who ever did.

For anyone saying Herman is a bad choice based on this one game....SMH.

Jesus! Some people really are THAT dense. I guess the only acceptable candidate is one who has never lost a game before. He beat the shite out of Jimbo and Florida State and opened the season to beat a ranked Oklahoma team......with a team full of 3 star players. He coordinated a National Championship team that beat Bama with a third string quarterback that was halfway retarded. When you are ranked that high, you have a target on your back and everyone is motivated to dethrone you. Not to mention it was a road game. Some of you people are miserable fricking morons. Please stop breeding.

Yup

And people who are overreacting about one loss.. are being ridiculous

We would be blessed to have him paired with Aranda

We needed them to lose to greatly improve our chances

See they can't afford a loss and it's a lot of pressure

In the sec you can and imagine what an above average Coach like him would do with LSU's talent.

It would be similar to osu's offensive success and yes he did it versus even Alabama's d

Texas is much more rebuild and I don't think he wants that

Their defense is beyond putrid and among the worst
They didn't even make a bowl game

That's very unattractive

Herman doesn't deserve the LSU job. He has not even been a head coach for 2 years.

I seem to remember many on here blasting F. King Alexander for suggesting that Houston could lose a bunch of games. Now Navy beats them. Where are all you geniuses now?

We may have our next coach already. Let's give the man a chance. Orgeron has inherited a tough situation and if he can right this ship he deserves serious consideration.

Regarding Jimbo, uh no thanks.

Orgeron has been a head coach for only 1 more year than Herman. Stupid to say orgeron is a better choice

We can't waste our chance of getting Herman. His offense and QB use is MADE for Louisiana and Texas recruiting.

They are stupid

Navy has won a ton at home and our 4-1

That's not even a bad loss

Too hard to undefeated

Still want him with our talent. He could flourish with LSU talent and an elite D

I want a hc who is either an offensive coordinator genius or a defensive coordinator genius

Look at Ohio st and Alabama

Coordinators leave and still are contenders every season and don't have to worry about one side of the ball.. ever..

Wow some of you are ungodly bi polar when it comes to coaches. After Florida state gets throttled by Miami tonight, yall will write Jimbo off as horrible if yall hadn't already after his loss to a mediocre North Carolina team

Why would Herman go to that dumpster fire? I think he will be LSU's coach and I have a gut feeling the wheels were in motion before Les was released.
