True, but in that case, the job he was in the running for was still open.
Reports tonight say that Mack is staying at UT...so it seems that whatever was happening (Sexton trolling for a raise for Saban from UA or real interest from the Saban camp in the UT job), it's not happening now. No opening = no reason to believe that Saban's camp is lying.
